Our executive leadership team is not just a group of corporate bureaucrats. We have 225+ years of combined, hands-on operational experience with renal disease and managed care. And our collective vision is simple—to improve care and outcomes for those with end-stage renal disease.

Founded and led National Nephrology Associates from 1998 until Renal Care Group acquisition in 2004

Founded and led Ren Corporation from 1986 until its acquisition by Gambro in 1993

Deborah M. Tannenbaum

Board Member

Mrs. Tannenbaum is Co-Founder and Board Member of Champion Health Plans. She also serves as Executive Vice President of Sanderling Renal Services, a dialysis and telenephrology company she co-founded with her husband Dr. Jerome Tannenbaum.

She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a 25 year career in banking, holding multiple positions at Bank of America and its predecessor companies for 22 years. She left Bank of America as a Senior Vice President and opened a private banking office in Nashville for Bank of Tennessee, serving as Executive Vice President at that institution until she left to co-found Sanderling Renal Services-USA with Dr. Tannenbaum.
